Tuition payments should be received and processed by GPSTC no later than three (3) days before the course start date.

Payment can be submitted online through:

  • The student’s GPSTC Access account, or
  • An Agency Administrator’s GPSTC Access account.

Payment can also be made by mail. The check must be an agency check made payable to GPSTC. Mail to:

First day/on-site payment is only available for classes held on GPSTC campuses. The campuses that can accept payments are the GPSTC main campus in Forsyth and the GPSTC Regional Academies. Those attempting payment at non-campus locations will be dismissed from class and instructed to register for a future date. Regional Academy students are required to submit payments online or directly to the Academy of attendance.

Tuition cannot be refunded after the student has started class. Students must note the ending dates and times of all classes to ensure completion in a timely manner.
