Welcome to the Georgia Public Safety Training Center website! Here at GPSTC, our goal is to provide the best training possible to public safety officers in Georgia, which helps them protect the citizens of this great state.
To achieve this goal, we are charting a visionary new course for GPSTC. We are streamlining our processes, embracing technology, and enhancing our training calendar with topics that are relevant for today’s public safety officers.
You may have already noticed some of the changes at GPSTC. We’ve added dozens of convenient online training modules to our lineup and we’ve begun offering short courses on problems that we see growing on a national level, such as active shooter and sovereign citizen. Finally, we continue to offer those courses that lead to both state and national certification for police officers and firefighters; and we’ve added programs that lead to specialized certifications such as: Traffic Accident Reconstruction Specialist, Arson Investigator, Criminal Investigator and more.
