Tim Melton, Senior Manager with the Basic Training Division, delivered a presentation on Georgia’s Street Gang and Domestic Terrorism Act to the Juvenile Public Defender Association Conference at the Emory Law School on May 18, 2016. Melton also discussed the influence gangs have on Georgia’s youth.
In attendance were 50 attorneys who work with juveniles in the criminal justice system. The presentation was well received and Melton was held over for an hour for a round of questions and answers.
