Pipeline Emergencies is a two day course designed to help fire service and industry emergency responders safely and effectively manage pipeline incidents and emergencies. It is written by emergency responders for emergency responders, and integrates technical information from pipeline operators and response specialists. It is based upon nationally recognized engineering practices, recommended operating practices, and training programs. The system establishes a management structure which fits any size or level of HAZMAT response and provides an incident management framework with one specific goal: to maximize safety for emergency response personnel and the general public.

This course is part of the National Association of State Fire Marshal’s “Pipeline Emergencies” Initiative and is funded by the Georgia Association of Fire Chiefs through the Georgia Public Service Commission.

Come join us February 6-7 to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and effectively manage a pipeline emergency.
