The Georgia Public Safety Training Center will serve as a sponsor for the Macon Kiwanis Club’s Teen Driving Road-eo on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Hutchings Career Center located at 2004 Riverside Drive, Macon, Ga.

This FREE event is open to middle Georgia teens ages 15 ½ and 16 who have a driver’s license or learner’s permit and will teach participants driving maneuverability skills through a series of interactive learning stations. Other highlights will include defensive driving with a skid car, a Jaws of Life demo, and a rollover simulator.

Additional sponsors of this event include: The Georgia State Patrol, the Macon Police, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, GEICO Insurance, Davis-McEver Allstate Insurance, Georgia Power, the Medical Center of Georgia, Riverside Ford Lincoln, Ackerman Wrecker Service, Harveys Supermarket, and Attorney Lester Miller.
