On April 29, 2019, Governor Kemp signed into law HB 471, which changed the wording of the implied consent warning to be read to suspects prior to requesting a state administered chemical test.

This bill became effective upon the signature of the Governor, so the warnings in HB 471 are now the legal implied consent warnings.

HB 471 and a copy of the new implied consent warnings for DUI, hunting under the influence, and boating under the influence are attached.
