Supervision Level II is the second of three required courses for P.O.S.T Supervisory Certification. Topics include supervisory leadership, training and development, performance evaluation, employee counseling, employment law, staffing, discipline, and performance management.
Dress Code: Students are expected to wear department-issue Class A uniforms or business attire to this course. Shorts, jeans, and t-shirts are prohibited.
