Who Should Attend: The primary target audience will be law enforcement officers; however, a secondary audience will be those individuals in public safety.
Prerequisite: Law Enforcement Sensitive: The participant must be a full time employee of a local or state public safety agency. Non-law enforcement participants must submit a current criminal history report to be eligible to attend this course.
This is an introductory course designed to prepare the student to respond to terrorism. It consists of the basics of identifying possible terrorists, terrorist groups, terrorist actions, explosive & incendiary devices, and intervention.
