Students attending this course will receive training on breath-alcohol testing and recent changes in DUI and Implied Consent Law as it applies to breath alcohol operators. Students will also receive information on any changes or updates on Intoxilizer 5000 procedures.

Special Notes: Attendance is mandatory for all Intoxilizer 5000 operators for certification renewal. Operators should check their permits for expiration date and arrange to attend before the permit expires. Registration for classes at regional academies is handled directly by the regional academy at which the class is conducted. To register for a recertification class held at GPSTC in Forsyth, please email the Implied Consent Unit at intox@gsp.net. Note that only email registration for recertification classes at the Forsyth location will be confirmed.
